I am kicking off by speaking to Stephan Burow VP Finance of Gousto who joined me to talk about his approach to being intentional with his decisions in an ever-changing environment making; a hearty cocktail of ambition, and logic all combined with his personal values.
Stephan is a highly qualified and experienced senior business leader and finance professional with blue-chip FMCG/CPG, and start-up and scale-up experience at a local, international and global level.
His legacy is to drive performance through building genuine relationships with the people around him, thriving on change and personal growth and using these skills at growing tech company Gousto, who are changing rapidly with an ever-increasing valuation and funding rounds.
