Run by certified DISC facilitators, our team building workshops can facilitate your team to better understand each other through both individual and team-oriented activities. The session is filled with informative content, games, discussions and activities that each checks for one of the four DiSC styles. This is used to identify how individuals prefer to communicate with others.

What is DISC?

The DiSC model is based upon the DiSC Theory of Workplace Behaviour created by William Moulton Marston in the 1920's.

The theory has been developed over the past 85 years through research on over 34 million employees worldwide. Today it is one of the most widely-used personality assessments in the world and has been translated into over 30 languages. 

How does it work?


1. Set your main focus for the workshop. Identify challenges and desired outcomes. 

2. The DiSC profile identifies the communication styles of the team members, and ways that they could work together in a way that enhances their strengths and minimises their weaknesses.

3. All team members receive an individual report with action plans that assist them in improving their communication style to benefit the team, while helping them to work better with others.
